Will cook up all the thawed food in the freezer and refreeze (long power outages) - I forsee a lot of frozen casseroles in my future

I didn't need to refill the suet feeder because a Merlin was guarding it.

I shoveled this morning.
I removed the netting from my chickens' run and put it away for *hopefully* the rest of the winter.
I dug out my culvert and cleared the snow so the water could drain.

Added up all the money we spent in 2023.
Cleared the snow off the roof of the coop and run.
Got 6 eggs today!

Ok, so the last one wasn't much work on my part.

I caught three chickens who escaped because I had taken the netting off yesterday.
I took the dogs on two separate walks.
I went to the food bank.

Make birthday pie for hubby
Make a loaf of gluten free bread for me

Hopefully before the coming storm knocks out our power.
