Still have migraine.
Washed and folded towels this morning. Washing my son’s laundry now. Used leftover ground beef and put a pot chili on the stove for supper tonight.
I tired going outside with my dog, but the sun to a migraine sufferer is like kryptonite to Superman.

Came home for lunch.
Worked another dog.
Picked 6 ripe tomatoes.
Will soon make supper.

Do you have any peppermint essential oil? If you do, dilute some in another oil and rub it on your temples

I LOVE the little black one! I want a super-friendly "Lil Black Mule/Donkey" in THE worst way ... but I don't think Town Hall would approve!

Why don't you ask them what the laws are. Who knows they might say OK. This little girl was born the middle of August.

Can’t use peppermint oil.

It’s from turning on the heat and the dry air AND the barometric (atmospheric) pressure, as we had a cold front move in.
Also had a nose bleed this morning. So it’s time to start using the humidifier.
I ended up over a steam bowl and put in one teaspoon of colloidal silver.
Head under a towel face over the bowl for ten minutes.
Migraine broke twenty minutes after the steam bowl.

Went to Walgreens & Walmart.

Worked some more on the winter door for the coop. I got it hung and made a hinged drop-down plexiglass window where the door was missing its 2 top panels.

Will crochet.
