I smeared ointment on a chicken eyeball (her eye is improving!)
I will (hopefully) rehome my homicidal pullet this afternoon.
After that, I'm not sure... maybe eat a pint of fudge brownie ice cream.

I pulled out my hair with frustration.
I watched two WWII movies.
I did a record ninety pushups over the course of the day.

Shoudda done the 90PUs first, you might still have hair!

Contrary to my normal routine, I take care of animals and take a shower and get ready.
I will eat a quick breakfast.
Then, I will go and pick up my friend so we can go shopping.
When I come back, (if I remember to) I’ll post pictures here.

1. Folded the towels I left in the dryer for 2 days. (forgot I washed them) DUH!
2. Right now listening to DW and Sister in law turning a nice upcoming float down the "crick" into a cruise on the Titanic.
3. Waiting for the bees to get to work so I can do a hive chk.

Heat/humidity finally broke, mid 80s along with low humidity, time for me and the pup to enjoy some coffee on the back porch.

Went to the bank - old man payday.
Gassed up truck and got gas for the lawn mower.
Mowed the front lawn, front hedgerow and West hedgerow. The hedgerows tear up my shoulders - rough and stumps to maneuver around.

Used backpack sprayer to spray 3 batches on perennial pepper weed.

Will pick cherries.

Her eye seems to be improving, so I hope not! I think it may have been ammonia fumes from hiding under the roost, as the pullets are still scared of the big girls. I’ve since cleaned it out, and she looks like she’s back to her normal chirpy self today

Today I weeded in the garden for a couple hours. I ended up disturbing a quail family, and some babies got separated. We’re leaving them alone and I hope they reunite…

I will do some sort of strength workout and maybe a bike ride when it cools down.
