Worked one dog.
Cleaned the clubhouse in preparation for field trial this weekend.
Mowed the front lawn and half the West hedgerow.
Worked another dog. (Head said "mow the back", but body said "Are you nuts?") I listened for a change.

This morning a stray dog was trying to scale the chicken run fence. Mr Boss Man (our rooster) was attacking the dog through the fencing, all the hens were going crazy! Hubby made sure it was the last fence that dog ever would scale...

Washed the 2 bathroom floors and rugs...

Back really hurts, going to retreat to the recliner and crochet...

The clock repairman came, and our grandfather clock has a face, tells time, and chimes. It's so nice to look in that corner and see him again.

I picked the cherry tomatoes in one garden, and they are sweet, sweet, sweet! I just had one plant up there. Came down to the other garden and... the cherry toms are very different, even the ones that are the same variety. I wanted to dehydrate them. I don't have enough from the one plant to warrant doing it. Dang.

The other thing we did was take the Falcon plow battery to O'Reilly's to see if it was dead. Slapping it repeatedly and shouting, "Dang it, come on!" did not elicit any response. Yes, it's dead. We'll pick up another one tomorrow.

Today I had the opening day meeting at school. Then I worked out and son's open house/orientation was this evening

I took my sister to her dentist appointment.
I cleaned out the duck house.
I was actually happy today - the weather was perfect, sky was blue, chickens behaved…it was wonderful!

Today we will go get a new battery for the Falcon plow.

I will help hubby lift it into the Falcon plow.

I will bake a loaf of GF bread because it's chilly today and it'll help warm up the house and I haven't made myself bread in months.

Almost positive I have an ulcer, so started omeprazole this morning.
I will organize my thoughts and make a game plan for the chicken coop/run remodel.
I will change the hummingbird nectar, even though they seem to prefer it as it ages.

Rehomed a bunch of tomatoes to the beagle club for this weekend.
