After loading up on AM coffee, plugging in the radio, majority of the day extracting honey. Nice relaxing ME time 'cause we all know it's all about me! DW just tied up with that damn full-time part-time job. Doesn't need me harping on getting rid of it.

I'm going to Lake Michigan on a rock hunt with friends today. We'll see what I find. I know 3 kinds of rocks: Petoskey Stones, Pudding Stones, and Oh, that's pretty! stones.

Not sure what else I'll do.

We started looking into it before chickens, but I'm petrified of getting stung! Love honey bees though. Someone in my neighborhood must have them, because I'll see them here and there. We have tons of native flowers around the property for them to utilize. Very docile.

That was my day as well; my eyes were hurting so badly last night that I took a Covid test (resulted negative).
There have already been several severe cases nearby, including at least one in the LTC connected to the hospital where I work.

Once I decided I was not dying of a headache today, I did a load of dishes in the dishwasher and later a load of laundry. Tomorrow will be back from my day off…
