Old soul

Man, when I'm in "old soul" mode, nobody likes me except the crochety old ladies from the Baptist churches I grew up in. Maybe I will be a grumpy kind of old lady.

Picked the Polar Bear pumpkins. The freeze this morning killed the vines.

Worked one dog.
Drove the Princess to the body shop so that she could pick up her car.

I should've gone outside and worked on something. It was a beautiful day, 77° with a light breeze. I guess I'm just tired.
Watched reruns of rerun movies on TV.
Fell asleep in my recliner.
Worked on the Overlay Mosaic afghan.

This morning after taking care of the animals, I went to town and checked the mail.
I cleared fallen branches away from our driveway. It’s been rainy and windy here the past two days.
Tonight, I am going to prayer meeting.

I sat on a pile of lumber looking at BYC when I wasn’t helping.
I took the dogs for a quick walk this evening.
