Did y'all get hit with the storm? It just missed us. We got a good bit of rain and a lot of wind, but nothing like what was expected ... I'll take that for the win! Just an hour east of us got nailed, though - and the beaches from Lewes down to OC (MD) took a bad hit. Old Town, OC has water up to the curbs. I hate to think what this storm did to the beaches themselves, especially after Erin's damage.

Oh! I forgot, I located the parts for that incubator I been working on for the last two years! It was an accident, I was cleaning my shop so I could get the door open and walk around in there!

YAY!!

Extracted the honey from one super.

Scrubbed my bee brush until it looked like a brush again.

I went to a river with a couple friends.
I came home.

1. A Tylenol and Ibuprofen for breakfast a long with a walk to shake sciatica.
2. Senior League bowling at 9 AM, maybe.
3. Drop off to Sister-in-law a lb of honey, couple jars of canned cranberry sauce from yesterday, return lug Sister-in-law dropped off full of cranberries.

Drive hubby home from biopsy.

Went to Sweet Valley Farms and bought sweet corn.
Checked bird feeders at the club - did not need to be filled.
Blanched, removed from cob and froze sweet corn.

Sounds like what happened here in NJ, except that we did not get much rain.
