I forgot about an assignment due this morning.
I walked my friend's dog for her, early in the morning and again in the afternoon. The weather was beautiful, so that helped me feel better
I passed both my tests today.
I will continue studying.

No "pie crust" needed.

Cranberry Pie

Butter, to grease the pie plate
2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped

For the Topping:
2 eggs
3/4 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour

Preheat the oven to 350° F.

Place the cranberries in a buttered, 9 or10-inch pie plate. Toss the sugar and walnuts over the berries.

Cream the eggs and the butter with the sugar. Mix in the flour.
Spread the topping over the cranberry mixture and bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Serve upside down. May top with whipped cream.

I was happy when Wyomiing discontinued those inspections. I believe it was back in the '70s when they stopped.

Caught the FEDEX driver, DW tightened her up with a pound of Honey. DW said last delivery noticed some bee ink, figured would appreciate it. Didn't think they would ever stop talking.
