Still have migraine.
Washed and folded towels this morning. Washing my son’s laundry now. Used leftover ground beef and put a pot chili on the stove for supper tonight.
I tired going outside with my dog, but the sun to a migraine sufferer is like kryptonite to Superman.

DW suffered migraines for yrs, draw the blinds and curtains for the dark and could not have certain odors, Would have me actually squeeze her skull, gave me the heebee jeebees.
