Made Hubby his lunch to take to work.
Did not put my hearing aids in - they are demolishing a couple of buildings down the road and it is noisy if I can hear them properly.

I went for a run early this morning to avoid the impending heat.
I spun yarn while listening to recorded lectures.

I had frost this morning. Still haven't hooked up the swamp cooler.
