Closed #4 bedroom door, with the door closed I can't see my jammed sewing machine...

Sat on the front porch swing, crocheted and watched the world go by. A very quiet day in the country...

My hen ate rat poop this morning. I feel so sick that I don't know what happen to her next.

3 things I will do today are:
I already did post for help with this on BYC
I will throw out lime everywhere in my chicken runs after they all in the coop ..I am not sure what this will do,but I do something hoping to deter them from coming into my chicken runs.
And....complaint about how hard it is to have backyard chickens.
