The phone speaker is terrible on the family phone and it's hard to hear the person I call on it.

I'm taking some. We're at a standstill until the electrician wires in a switch. That's coming up Thursday. The next hurdle is getting the new shower enclosure panels home from Menards. Hubby thinks he can borrow the van from work, and I think that's a MUCH better idea than trying to strap it all down on our trailer. Having it delivered would have cost an arm and leg (it would come on a semi) and they would not have been able to get it all the way to the house.

Hubby also thinks he can do the plumbing with PEX. I hope so. This is our only shower, so when it's ripped out, it's sponge baths until the new one is in and plumbed.

But (assuming everything goes well), this is going to be a huge improvement! I love with the new sink.

Once I make myself call the person I'm fine, but if it's someone I don't know I often agonize for a long time over the "call" button before I actually press it. Introvert things.

Today I finished cleaning out the last of the basement and putting it in storage.
I set up the brooder in my bedroom again - Hilda (a duck) is a good broody but the world's worst mother.
I will go to bed. I am falling asleep as I write.

I will work a couple of dogs.
I will mow at least half of the front lawn.
