Name 3 Things You Did Or Will Do Today

Today I will take my Japanese bantam mother hen and her little kid to meet my 2 nephews. One of them is crazy about animals and he is not having any as he is so lazy and not clean up his toys.

I don't like to show people my chickens as I am worry about my chickens get sick - biosecurity. But all my friends or families that ever come over to my place, they want to meet my chickens. My rooster was the STAR of the show, he stood tall, chest out, talk and talk..I think he says, don't you come near my girls. Everyone was safe as there is a dividing fence.

Cook breakfast, eat breakfast and get ready for chickens show and tell.

You could build a vistor area behind glass looking in on your coop where they could come to sit and watch.

I don't know you are being sarcastic or just making fun of me.

My reality is that -
Just a few months ago some of our states had many chicken farms culled all their chickens in mass due to Avian Flu and there were talk about backyard chickens might need to be registered.e.tc... So it was lots of talk about biosecurity, what backyard chicken people should do.etc.

It was saying that how people unknowingly infected chickens by going from one place to the next. My chicken runs have fence dividing between chicken runs and the general garden because if not, they will erode all my green lawn in no time. I had a rooster so it was safe for my visitors not get attack by him.

Not making fun of you, just kinda pointing out that's almost futile, and the idea we live in a world where we can't even share enjoyment of our chickens without fear of having the goverment step in and tell us we're harming big poultry operations who's methods all about production, and not necessarily in the interest of birds or environmental harmony.

Steps down from soap box. See you made me go there. Bring on the flames!
