That was my day as well; my eyes were hurting so badly last night that I took a Covid test (resulted negative).
There have already been several severe cases nearby, including at least one in the LTC connected to the hospital where I work.

Once I decided I was not dying of a headache today, I did a load of dishes in the dishwasher and later a load of laundry. Tomorrow will be back from my day off…

I'm going to Lake Michigan on a rock hunt with friends today. We'll see what I find. I know 3 kinds of rocks: Petoskey Stones, Pudding Stones, and Oh, that's pretty! stones.

Not sure what else I'll do.

When we went to the UP, we went yooper light hunting on Lake Superior. Didn't find any but did find lots of other pretty ones. Hope you find pretty ones, too

Went to a field trial
Added fresh bedding to the coops of the dogs that went to the trial.
Watching Ohio State and then Penn State football.

Pulled weeds in the asparagus.
Picked lots of tomatoes and three melons. There’s roughly twenty more melons out there, and we’ve already gotten at least that. It’s a good melon year.
Lamented the fact that August is almost over…boy, that went by fast.
Will fill out job paperwork.

Using my sewing machine and the needle keeps jamming. I'll try to figure out what's wrong tomorrow...

Hubby's back in to watch the Alabama football game. I'll watch the game and crochet...

I installed a solar panel electrical system in one of my gun club's shipping container this morning.

I brushed out the mangled hairs on both my Chow Chow and Husky.

I drank a six pack of beer as an appetizer before dinner.

I tried to think of ways to get out of this depressive slump.
I took a long nap.
