I have 6 coturnix eggs now. My quail just started laying about a week ago. I cracked one last night and could not tell if there was a bulls eye or not. Maybe I'll do better to set these and test hatch them first so I don't screw anyone over on the trade.

My buttons are pure whites, splashes (white/gray), and the "wilds". Some of my males have the dark blue breast with the cinnamon around the vent area. I have pics on this thread somewhere. The jumbo coturnix are from SamG's line.

Oh - Tori - glad you tried the recipe and hope they turn out good! I've found they taste best if they sit for about 5 weeks (I hot processed them in the canning bath). Before that they are just so-so.
