Cool, that gives me something to work with .. leave it with me a short while, quiet day at work today and I will hopefully be able to come up with something.
I make it in the oven set the oven to 425 and it cooks a lot better and it tastes better than cooking it in a skillet as it get crunchy with put getting burned.
This is a tough one .. not being able to be gender specific does make it a little more difficult.
I wish I could come up with better but I am still working on it
So with Pepper Jack cheese being a favourite for grilling, I came up with Grill'd PJ or PJ Grill'd

I note you have RIR's, you could go with Silver Reds or, as you want to be an Avian Vet one day Doc Silver combining the Vet and the builder. Silver Flock or Flock of Silver
