This is Teriyaki, I told her that if she didn't stop being mean to all the other hens, she would end up a teriyaki dish

We also have Indy (Indiana Jones) because she is always exploring and her sister 7 for 7 of 9, she was the 7th out of 9 chosen, Peaches and Cream our buff orpington twins and then there is Honey B because she is so sweet and docile, and our little bantam Wade, which our sons call Dart because that is what she does, darts around the yard

The Black Cochin Hen is named Mrs. Black Bloomers.
The 2 NH Reds are "Copper" & "Penny".
The Black unknown breed hen is "Ms. Congeniality". (friendly gal)
The 2 Red sexlinks are called the "Bald-win Sisters (from the Waltons show-they were plucked by the roosters where I got them from).
And the 6 Golden Comets are "The Clones".

My 5yo son was adamant that one of the chicks we hatched would be called, "Bowling Ball". So, "Bowling Ball" is was!

I also have a marans/Ameraucana mix that I call "General Tso" (or, "The General" or just "General") because his original name, "Petunia" didnt seem to fit the massive body, feathery legs, and large comb he developed by 8wks or so... also, because he walks around like he owns the yard and everything in it!
