[MidlandChicks]

We have Peggy Sue, Betty & Veronica, Kickie, Little Bit, Honey, Freckles, Bertha, Bessie, Mabel, Prissy (she’s a leghorn so we named her after Foghorn Leghorn’s girlfriend), Goldie & Lacey (golden lacewings), Hazel, & Doris.
Some of our previous hens were Black Betty, Eleanor Rigby, Dora (the Eggsplorer), Elvira, Princess (Laya), Mary Lou, Henny Penny (Lane). I love the old names but I love the fun names too!

I LOVE the names of your chickens! Totally agree - may be nice to have some fun ones to mix it up! Thank you!!

I have a funny set of names.I let the kids name a few so I have girls named ace, jake, betty, baby, cracker,chick a dee,skippy, lucy,houdini, charlotte, honkey ,she honks like a duck when it is treat time. We have some boys in this hatch so we may have a boy named sue!! You can't explain much to a four year old !!!

So funny you said that. I’ve been trying to figure out her name and for some reason I keep going to Izzy. Which is super close to what you suggested. Maybe it’s a sign!
