Does anyone know the name of the piney looking shrub that grows under aspen and pine trees. It is usually about a 1-2 ft tall and has prickly needles on it. It looks like a little spruce type bush but rather dry looking. I'm trying to identify some truffles I found under one, and it would help to know what the plant is called. Thanks!
