We Adopted This Chick In Early May From My Daughters Kindergarten Hatchlings. Can Any Of You Tell Us What Breed She Is? (That's a picture of her as a chick in the profile pic.)

Yep X2 means "I second that" or something similar. I would also say it looks like an EE. She is a very pretty thing. I have an EE that lays green eggs and her coloring is almost exactly opposite of your bird. She is dark brown with a bit of gold lacing and her name is Hershey. How old is she and has she laid any eggs for you yet?

Easter Egger X 3 ... Ya, the X3 means you are agreeing with the Person(s) opinion above you. Depending on where they got the eggs, they may have been sold/given to them as EE/Easter Egger or possibly Ameraucana / Araucana (these are breeds with a standard, but a lot of hatcheries sell EEs as them)

She hatched May 1, so 13 weeks this Wednesday. No eggs yet. Do they start around 18 weeks? The others I have are gold sex-links, and I've been told they start around 18 weeks. They too have the same birthdate (approximately)

I have a couple of red sex-links that I just got from a friend. They are approximately 17 weeks and haven't begun to lay yet but I expect them to within the next few weeks. I would imagine they are about the same as the golds.

My hatchery EEs average a week or so later than the sexlinks, but individuals range from about 16-24 weeks, so it all depends on what your specific girl decides to do. Looking at her I think she has awhile to go yet, would expect her comb to pinken up a bit more to red before she starts, of course she may decide to lay an egg tomorrow, chickens being contrary.
