I am slowly dying waiting on the other eggs to pip. I hope they pip soon! I keep feeling like I hurt them by having to move them on day 19.

It's long term temp and humidity changes that effect eggs, not quick moves or humidity drops. As long as they are in a similar environment temp and humidity wise as the incubator they spent the first 15 days, you didn't hurt them or make much difference moving them. How ever this hatch turns out depends on everything since the day you set these eggs.

This is a good sign you have one pip on day 21. Right on schedule, plenty of time for more pips. They can sit in the pip position for up to 24 hours, this little one may be out by morning. Hopefully you see more pips in the morning too!
