Please could you tell me what breed my chicks are? I know the yellow ones are warrens and some of the tawny ones are (I think) wellsummer but I have no idea what the black or grey ones are. If there are any more in the mix please spot them for me!! In the first pic there is a reddish one with a yellow chest in front of the water.
On the last pic there is a tawny one with black feet and beak and what looks like eyeliner on. Please can anyone identify them??
I would be ever so grateful x

Most of the Mums and Dad are in the little picture next to my name.
The black and grey ones parents I haven't photographed yet but I have no idea what they are.
I am sorry a 'warren' is probably UK speak, It is the stereotypical brown battery hen. I don't know what you call them over there.

Well if those chicks came from just one rooster over all those hens, they'd all be "barnyard mixes" unless you have some hens that are the same breed as the rooster. Once you mix them, there is no "breed". They're just chickens.

a warren is a hybrid

im guessing OP is in UK as prod reds are called Warrens here in UK

they are the breed used in batteries 300plus eggs a year

the grey look like a lav gene bird and black look like black sex link

the wellies i agree on too
