I affectionately call our place The Wren Den so our playhouse coop is dubbed The Hen Den and our modified Chick-N-Barn has been dubbed the Teacup Pterodactyl Townhouse.

Coop Knox. I've built a fence around the pens and all of them a built like a fort. Its hard to move but it keeps the hens safe.

Names??? EEEK!!! I have 6 different "coops" Oh my, I dont think I could name them all. Its just...

The frizzles coop
And Bens place ( he is a lonely Polish, who STILL needs a few ladies.)

we also call it chicken land, the poop coop, fluffybutt palace and a few others I can't think of now.

I think we are going to name our place "J.P.s Hobby Farm and Bait store."

J.P.- is the initials of all our kids.
Hobby farm- because that's what we have.
Bait store because DH is farming thousands of worms for bait and vermicompost.

The Robinson family settled this property, they died and the place sat vacant for ten or more years (the local kids used it in those years as a party place. Locals always refer to this place as the old Robinson homestead; we were trying to think of a name for this place and we knew it had to have the word "view" in the name because we have a great view. We almost decided to just call it Robinson's View but then we decided that we could still keep the R for Robinson in the name if we used R-View (meaning "Our View"). Then we built the coop and have always called it R-Coop.
