I brought my first chicks home today. Here are Norska (silver-laced Wyandotte) and Teckla (black Australorp) enjoying the heat lamp after the ride:

They are noisier than I expected! Very twittery little creatures.

Aww they are so cute. Trust me, they seem noisy right now, but once they are outside, you'll miss the chirping! I just moved my 3 week old babies out to the "big brooder" and I miss them already!

Oh, they are adorable! Give me a long drive, a fluffy bed and a heat lamp and I can sleep standing up too... LOL--Thanks for sharing.
