Naptha soap !!!!!!!!!!!

Went to WalMart, Krogers, Dollar stores, Cubs and Walgreens and found NO Naptha soap!

I need more for my homemade soap detergent!

AND SOON!!!!!!!!

Whats going on with the shortage????????? All the stores said that they were out of them and would not restock on them!

Now I have to find a nice replacement!

My Kroger pulled it from the shelves last week and I'm still waiting on a call from them to see if it's a warehouse problem or not enough demand. I am OUT and I'm panicked as well. I am NOT buying that stuff online.

so is that all y'all use it for? what type of soap is the end result? dish, laundry? care to share a recipe?

Here is the recipe I use.

2 cups borax
2 cups soda wash
1 bar fels naptha soap (grated)
1 cup color safe purex bleach

Mix in a container and I use about 1 teaspoon per load. 2 if the load is a big one.

Seriously, just a teaspoon?? It must be super concentrated. I would love to try the recipe. Our hardware store in town has it the fels naptha soap...go figure

my local Meijer store has been out since the beginning of summer, when i bought the last of it!

my local Kroger has plenty.

i use 2 teaspoons per load. it works like a charm!
