Naraggansett turkey hens wont lay what can I do?

I don't notice them eating eggs I have left them out in the coop or run and they don't even touch them.....now my chicks have on occasion. What was the amount of acv to give per what amount of water?

I though I seen a post somewhere about this but I will look.

Thank you!

ok ty

would nesting boxes help....cause they don't have any.....I did not know if turkeys need them like chickens do.....I have been asking my husband to make them some to see if it would help but he is pretty busy so can you tell me if worth while to do.

so update I did get a few eggs for like a month after the last post but either broken or soft shell.....and that is it shouldn't they lay eggs I am in washington state so fall is not far away they have nesting boxes now I just don't understand why they don't lay I thought they layed eggs like chickens did I mean like one a day or every other day. What is the benefit to keeping them if not gonna lay eggs how long should I keep them to see if ever gonna lay eggs? They are about 1 1/2 old now. Can they be butchered too for meat if I decide to get new turkeys?

The acv how often should that be given to chickens/turkeys? Is the dose for chickens the same?

Thank you for any help!

They will start to lay again in the spring. Turkeys don't lay year round. I would also use better feed. I do feed purina chicken layena durring the non-laying season but this spring the will be switched over to the purina gamebird layena. Your turkeys will lay better and have better and better fertile eggs this next season but do give them a bit better diet. If your local feed store doesn't carry a turkey or gamebird layer diet, ask them to get some with their next order. Most feed stores will do this with no extra charge as long as they are making an order from that mfg.

I can do that on the feed but I thought someone had said earlier they lay spring and fall. We are not into fall yet but very soon I think sure is getting colder here already.
