NASA gets a spanking of epic proportions

So you don't think it happened? Now I'll have to go visit the moon to find out.

My grandmother had black & white photo's of the landing in her attic. They were handed out to the public like post cards. I wish I had them to show you the back drop. Just think of the technology from that Era. Cars didn't even have power steering yet.........Yea I'm a sceptic!

Star-wars project is what really scared Russia. I think them trying to create it is what bankrupted them an caused there downfall.

Nothing like a President that knows when to bluff.

If he told them about it then they would not have believed it. By telling us about it an letting them hear about it threw the grape vine they assumed it to be true...

Really not sure he even said we actually had it. Didnt they just let it leak to the public that we had it an then say that it was just one of many projects on the drawing board...

I don't know I was something like 8.

He was an actor.... We gave him the job knowing that.

I live by the space center in fl. and know some workers there. I'm not really sure why they can't go to the moon now if they went there in the 60's. Sounds kinda strange. You would think it would be so much easier now with the technology now. Just my opinion.

Again, I was a kid... Dont know.

As for the moon landings.... The moon landings were on the earth side of the moon. I know this because they played it "live" on TV. To do that you would need line of sight from us to them.... Now how many high powered telescopes were around back then? Ive seen thousands of close ups of the moon taken by those telescopes. Seems to me if I had one back then I would have a pic or two of the Apollo space craft on the moon. The say they went up there alot. No one had time to take a pic? Heck if I had one of those telescopes now I would be taking pics of the flag or the moon rover or that placard.
