Please help. I'm worried about my young girl, she just started laying eggs and has had these hard, puffy lumps above her nose and this white sore in her mouth for 3 weeks now, I have tried Noromycin injections twice 3 days apart, then Vet RX after and neither had much effect. I'm not sure what it is but she doesn't smell and does get crust and puss around her eyes, not so much around her nose though. None of the other chickens caught what she had either and have been around her. Any help would be appreciated!

With the foamy bubbles in her eye and the swollen sinus, I would wonder about mycoplasma gallisepticum (MG, CRD) a contagious respiratory disease. The while spot inside the beak could be thrush (fungus,) mild canker, or something likemwet fowl pox. Since she has been on antibiotics, thrush might be might first thought. Without testing by a vet, it is only a guess. Check inside her beak every day and check for a bad odor. Look up in the roof of her beak for any yellow pus material. There might be pus inside her sinus that needs to come out. I would clean ner eye with saline eye wash twice a day, followed by applying some Terramycin eye ointment. You might try a different antibiotic for her sinus infection. Few are available, but denagard, doxycycline, or enrofoxacin (which is banned for poultry in the US,) are some that can treat MG.

Thanks for the reply, none of those antibiotics came up on the Tractor Supply website, do you have to go through a vet?
