Natural Hatched Chicks - Mama Abandoned?

Hi, we had a hen hatch some chicks on her own. She has been a super attentive mama. But this evening when I went out to feed the chickens the two chicks were frantically looking for her… would she abandon them? It was the strangest thing. I will look for her tomorrow… we have 30 hens so… they all kind of look the same…

If you’re not sure if the mother’s going to take care of them then you’ll need to put them in a brooder with some heat.😊
 
I think I will put a heat lamp out for them in the chicken yard. It is pretty warm here overall and they grew up in the chicken yard.they have full feathers not the picture is from a few weeks ago

If they're fully-feathered and old enough to care for themselves the hen may be weaning them.
