Natural hatching eggs, no incubator -Newbie at this-Help!

Those look like red sex links (Golden Buff, Cinnamon Queen, ISA Brown), so they are production reds, which are great layers. I've been raising them for about 15 years for my production eggs. A few of my hens want to go broody, I discourage them. I might let a couple set on turkey eggs later this season.

last year, i had two of my isa browns (what yours look like)go broody within about a week of eachother, (out of 13) one sat on eggs, for 3 weeks but non hatched, but i hatched 11 in the incubator, and i gave 6 chicks to one of the hens and 5 to the other, they where great mothers, and were very protective. I have a large garden, and every few days, i would let the two hens out with their chicks and they both kept the chicks together, and looked after them until they were old enough to live on their own, so if they go broody they might work for you :)
