Natural remedies for anxiety.

Sitting with my chickens seems to settle me, even though you seems that you are getting things figured out. Also try to find the smallest pleasures in life, laugh at little things. :)

Sitting with chickens is good relaxation therapy and I do that probably more than I should. lol
 
Valerian Root is excellent for stress and calm and restful sleep. You can get it at Health Food Stores and it truly works. There are combinations of things at the Health Stores that I have seen but have not tried. It is natural and there are no side effects. Give it a try!
 
Been feeling a little... well a lot of stress/anxiety lately and was curious if anyone knows any natural remedies (no drugs) for common anxiety and stress.  I have read a few online but they are all trying to sell me some and I am really not convinced they actually work after reading the reviews.


Hi I suffer from bipolar and have severe anxiety,I find when im in a particulary bad way the best thing is to sleep and get as much sleep as your body needs,not being woken up by a alarm or person,sleep till the point you cant sleep anymore,reason I say this is because many of us sufferers dont get adequate amounts of sleep thus our brain being unable to function properly,feeling weaker and increasing the level of anxiety,for people who suffer mental health problems we require more sleep than others however many of us try to function like non mental health sufferers on limited sleep,and eventually it leads to a depressive state,hope this helps x
