naturally de worming recipe ( moderator please )

Can someone please write a recipe for natural de worming. I did a search and found a lot of answers on what to use but no ratio on it and I saw a lot of
"I heard it works" so I would really like to weed out the myths. So if we have some very knowledgeable people can you please post a one or two recipes and the moderator can you lock the thread for future use thanks
