Very nice customer service, when I got a hold of them. Always polite on the phone. Sometimes took many calls and emails to contact them though.
Shipped 12 birds. Came over night. 4 DOA. 1 died the next day. Didn't ship the right birds (ordered Russian Orloffs - got Speckled Sussex). Took me almost 3 weeks of calling/emailing and sending photos everyday for them to finally say "oh, there was a mistake, you got sussex and not orloffs". On the positive side, the birds that did come are all sweet birds (re-homed though because I wanted Russian Orloffs and I am limited to the number of birds I can have).
Re-shipment #1 Didn't come over night. Wouldn't track order when I requested it. Didn't come the next day. Asked for them to track it. They wouldn't. Said they should be there on Saturday. I panicked because they were closed on Saturday. Chicks didn't come on Saturday. Monday I ask them to find my chicks. They find them in the post office in St. Louis with a damaged mailing label. All Dead. Maybe if they tracked it down they would have saved the chicks. So very sad. Said this never happens twice. Will ship again.
Re-shipment #2 Didn't come over night. Asked them to track. They said they should be here the next day (Friday). When they didn't show up Friday I called and wanted them to track my order. They call back and ask if the post office called me. What? Talked to post office in Tennessee. Said my package was damaged and all my chicks died. I cancel order and request a full refund.
20 minutes after order was cancelled, Nature's shipping department called me. Said they were out of Russian Orloffs for the year. Really? I informed them that my order has been cancelled. - BTW... their website still doesn't say that they are out of orloffs. Interesting.
Still waiting on my refund.
