Naughty chickens

So, lately two hens refuse to come when called from free roaming (always the same two). The other four come and enter the run when called, and receive corn as a treat. All of the chickens love corn. So my question is: how do I get the two delinquent hens to listen? I suppose it’s worth noting that they do get picked on by the other hens.

You can't. You're lucky you get 2/3 to come.

If the two are lower ranked, they might be getting picked on when they run in for food or treats. Have you ever seen the more dominant birds bullying them when you hand out the corn?

Yes, the others do bully them.

Hmm might be tough to convince the bullied birds to come along with the others since the others will be standing between you. Maybe call the first 4 in and treat, then shut the door, and work on calling the other 2 over while they're safe from being chased off by the others.
