This is what I have in mind:

Saturday, March 1, at noon.

Wolf Packer suggested the Farmers Market Restaurant just off I-40.

March 1 is a Poultry show in Salisbury. Always alot of buyers and sellers there. I will be there to make a little $$$ for feed and to show off some of my feathered family.

February would be better for me...March 1st is the first Saturday of our racing season which will continue through October on Saturdays...sooooo, I can't make this date either, sorry!!

Just thought I'd add that I will make 'chicken' name tags for everyone so we can put our screen names on them...maybe alittle cracked corn here, a feather there...hmmmm, they should be interesting, lol!!! Also, everyone BRING YOUR CAMERA, lol!!
