1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens? I've had ducks for 2 years with really great luck. I'm fairly new to chickens but ducks are getting me addicted to raising birds.

(3) What breeds do you have? 3 breeds of duck. Contemplating American Bresse but needing some detailed information on cold tolerance. Also considering Buff Orpington and the Beijin You.
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens? Generally I love raising birds as they all have their own bit of personality and style.
(5) What are some of your other hobbies? Permaculture, I'm building an orchard.
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share. 2 Giant Schnauzers, 5 kids, and was a Director of IT; now I'm just a duck farmer.
