Sweet, sweet, sweet ducklings! I love the photo with someone checking them out in the bath tub.

Ducks are far messier than their chicken counterparts, but I think they are much easier to care for. Mine don't mind rainy or cold weather, they will gladly go outside in the snow and they LOVE muddy puddles. The chicken divas are much less willing to "rough" it.

Hi there,

My name is Nate. I grew up raising chickens, horses, pigeons, rabbits, etc. I just recently got back into poultry a week ago after decades out of it living inside of the city on my own and such.

My partner and I have decided on ducks this time! Chickens will come, but you all seem so nice as I have been spectating from afar for several months!

Our ducks are a week and a half old!

What breed of Ducks did you get? I'm getting my 1st batch of Welsh Harlequin from a local breeder.
