Shouldn't that say $0.50 (fifty cents, not five dollars)

Here's my personal experience that I'm basing this off of
Whenever I had a guy that lived in my town come over and test my birds the very first time I was looking to get NPIP certified, he charged $0.50 per bird.
But every year since then, the state had been calling me when my certificate is about to expire, and sending out one of their testers. Each of those times it was just $5 for a certificate. So, I think maybe where that's the "$5.00" fee was coming in. But this was just $5.00 total for the whole entire year's certificate AND the testing.
Anyway, whenever I've been to fairs and shows, if they have a NPIP certified individual there to test the birds, it's just $0.50 per bird.
So, y'all don't worry, it shouldn't be costing you $5 per bird to be getting them tested!
