Near hawk experience.

Just got off the phone with WFC..... If my conclusion within this reply is unacceptable, call your local Federal Wildlife Office to speak with a representative to avoid spending countless hours clicking on google links and speculating what the do's and do not's .... [/MEDIA]

I would like to discourage anyone out there from speaking on the phone with the Federal F & WL service. They will first not be able to solve your problem and second if someone in your area makes a hawk an offer it can't refuse, YOU will be the one they come looking for.

I used to raise and fly Birmingham Rollers. The hawks put me out of business, I have yet to hear of anyone who was granted one of these permits. If you have any doubts how serious the feds are, do a google search on 'Operation High Roller'. A flying pigeon club was infiltrated by federal agents, people were taped, pictures were taken, and several individuals were indicted. chickengeorge gives great advice in the above post. By the way sites such as this are monitored by Federal agents.

Good move. :D You did post quite a bit before thinking it thru ;)
I couldn't even follow it all.
Yes sir.. It was executed last night during feeding time and multi tasking. ALTHOUGH.. thank you:)
Saved me some grief. The bottom line was your first post and I should have moved on like I am now. On the learning curve speaking, that was a wavy one:lau.
