I would only give aspirin 1/2 of an 81mg aspirin once or twice a day if needed for pain. Only use it for 2 days since it can cause intestinal bleeding with prolonged use.

Is she taking food and water? Scrambled egg bits or tuna, and feed made wet with water are usually good to tempt with. Keep away from flies for a few days until some healing occurs. Hopefully, she will be fine in some time.

Ok guys thanks for the help she seems to be acting alright all things considered, shes walking around, kinda angrily, but also eating and drinking

If she seems to be missing the flock, you could let her visit some inside a wire dog crate so they stay familiar with her. Some will eat better with others.
