Hi all how Ya'll been?

I wanted to give you a heads up Gronsk, Lav Orps make terrible meat birds. I process my own and if you need to do it as I have. There is only one way. You have to have them skinned. The reason I say this is b/c they have pin feathers that release a die when plucked and leave stained looking skin and not appealing. I tried to make soup and the pin stain, stained my soup! I just wanted to share that with you b/c I've done this for a few years since I breed them and get a high ratio of Roo's all the time

Shay wish I lived closer I would give you a nice big Generation 5 roo I've got. I currently have four and really only need 2 but they are just way too nice to let go unless its to someone wanting to breed. If you go to the NE Poultry Congress I can bring one there for you!

Best Wishes and Happy Holidays All!!
