However, i am kicking myself for not getting a large size heated water bucket for the ducks---Bob the cage guy had them at the swap early in October, and i should have got one then.

Wish we could have made it, things are a bit tight right now.. I get reminded Christmas is a short 20 days away, count down every day. We had lots we could have brought too. Sarah has decided to get out of Silver Spangled Hamburgs, both the bantams and the LF. There are lots of young stock of the LF out their she was growing out, these are all from good lines.
 
It sure was a cold one in Westford! I left once I couldn't feel my toes anymore, but not before I bought a pair of finches and their babies! So cute, they are in the big aviary cage with the canary pair and the DD trio in my studio. Was hoping to get a male DD because I think I have 3 hens.
Thanks Shay and Jose for bringing me my roo! He is a cutie and glad I remembered him! LOL
Jackie...what else did mom end up getting?
I hope someone catches the escaped DD's.
Oh well, off to add some weather stripping to the door of the coop, saw a space and dont want a draft causing anyone to catch a chill.
 
It was the coldest day yet! went to get millet and ended up with 3 more bunnies and a gigantic handsome rooster that I have hidden from DH . He freaked over the bunnies but, fell in love when he held them

Yep it was very cold out!
Hubby got 2 oeg cockerels, they are cute.
and i ended up with a kitten! she is adorible, very freindly, thought i lost her before we left the swap, lol
i really thought she jumped out past me from teh van, me and hubby were searching the whole van for her even in the engine, lol
it did not help with all teh hay in the back, but finaly found her snuggled in between the hay bails, lol

It was good seeing you all today.
