NEBC Swap Meet July 11th MA

Hello Everyone !
The New England Bantam Club Will be hosting the annual Swap Meet on the brockton Fair Grounds . Are Spring swap was a great success and we had many people attend, compared to last years brockton fair. We hope this swap will be a success too .

I need to double check on the times so i'll let you guys know sometime today or tomorrow.

Why isn't the swap listed on their site?
I have a SLW cockerel that I'd love to swap for a pullet.
Can I do that there? I am a newbie. Only started "chickening" this Spring.
DO I need to bring any kind of paperwork for him as well?

Awesome! So, how does this work? I have a 5 month old cockerel (SLW) and I'd love to swap him for a pullet. A Sultan or Polish would be great! So, do I just approach those who have other chickens and ask....or what? I am new to all of this.
I should probably make a sign to put on his crate, right? Saying how old and the breed and so on. What else? This seems like so much fun!
