Nebraska: NPIP certification

Nebraska friends. Are any of you NPIP certified? What was the process and cost for this? Any idea where I can get more info on this?

From the looks of it you can even be a state accredited tester as the wife and I both are for Oklahoma. We often trade our fees for hay for the horses, supplies for the birds or even birds themselves.
