I do think it is neurological, because she is VERY afraid, compared to the others, and does it everytime we keep her in the same coop as the others. I am planning to get her Vitamin E400 IU

Vitamin B complex with all of the B vitamins, might also be helpful. Crush 1/2 tablet in water or food and feed it to her. Both E and B complex are available in most pharmacies and vitamin aisles at stores.

I agree with @Eggcessive . I would also recommend trying the vitamin E, and a B complex that contains B2 (riboflavin) as well.

I have been giving the vitamins to her for a few weeks, and the results were shocking! She has completely stopped doing the wry neck thing, and has gained more strength!
I cannot thank you enough, and I truly appreciate your help! <3

This update is absolutely wonderful. I am so happy your chick is improving and so grateful for the folks that helped you help her.
Just as a side note regarding the hair. Does the chick have access to grit free choice?
