Okay. When I had a more tolerant/ appreciative/ less critical audience. Or maybe I was just less self-conscious. šŸ˜‰

Plot twist, the shower was on the stage at an auditorium and performances were nightly to a packed house. They never knew who was behind the curtain.

:lau Thank you for this, I feel so much more normal now! I mean, I do this too. I think of it as editing reality I guess. Like red-penning the screenplay of my life.
 
No, I talk to the wall. I do sing or hum whatever earworm has possessed me all day long so if I happen to do it in the shower I wouldn't really be purposefully belting. I used to sing in the shower a little as a kid, but mostly I made up riddles.
