With her not growing she may be a failure to thrive and no matter what you do it she may just be one of those that are not mean to be.

Keep trying...she may pull though but I don't think things are in her favor.
I didn't realize she wasn't growing like her buddies.
That is not usually a good sign.

I think you should give her A drop straight to the beak. (undiluted)

How do I get her to open her beak? My dropper is too big to be put into the throat, any way for the chick to swallow it themself?

Don't force it.
If you drop a tiny bit on her beak she should take it in and swallow it by herself.
You could put a couple of drops on a spoon and add a little water to the spoon and hold it up to her beak so she can drink it herself.
Or you could just mix some in the water and let her drink it that way.

I'm still willing to try! All of the others that died were smaller. If she does die at least I will be able to have a definite diagnosis. She took the drop on the beak, hopefully she'll pull through
