Need a Critique on a Polish Roo

Not sure what to do with him... Please excuse him I recently "saved" him from a more dominant roo who pulled out most of his tail feathers and about half of his head feathers. And to top it off he started moulting... Poor guy!

These are cell pictures. I dont care if you tell me he is the ugliest Polish rooster you have ever seen. Just looking for an honest polish person to tell me what kind of rooster I took in. I'm new to chicken ownership so a little experience with the breed and what is looked for would be helpful. Thanks in advance for your time!
