Need a expert eye.

Junebuggena, correct me if I am wrong, but cushion is Rose x pea, yes? So assuming the EE side of this bird was pea combed, the 2nd bird would likely have rose?

Cushion The cushion comb is round, small and solid, with no points or ridges. Starting at the upper portion of the beak, it extends a short way up the chicken’s head.A low, compact comb of relatively small size, it should be quite smooth, possess no depressions or no spikes and not extend beyond the mid point of the skull,
That is the standard, but coarser ones are common and a headache for us with cushion combed breeds. I raise Partridge Chanteclers and have several with less than ideal combs.

Worst combed male, centre

Both are cushion combs–one happens to be really terrible quality. It looks rose from the side, but it is a cushion.
