I baked two chickens this weekend, (and I made my first batch of chicken stock woo hoo!) and I have a ton of leftovers I'd like to use up. I thought about doing a chicken soup or chicken and dumplings, but I just made leftover turkey and stuffing dumplings(turned out divine
), so I think I should try something different. I've been looking around on foodnetwork.com but there's about 8 million recipes to sift through using the term "chicken"
